Ticket Intelligence Platform

Internal System · Dual AI Pipeline

Two local LLMs orchestrated in sequence. Image in, structured data out, under 30 seconds. No cloud, no APIs, fully on-premise.

  • First LLM: a vision model reads the ticket image and generates a semantic heatmap.
  • Second LLM: reads heatmap + context and extracts structured JSON data.
